Antony Belcher is the Officer in Effective Control at Melbourne CBD Real Estate. Antony is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Victoria and holds a Degree in Business Management and is a member of the REIV.

Antony specialises in securing commercial property for national tenants, developers, investors and high-net-worth individuals across Australia. Antony also offers strategic advice on retail, office, commercial and industrial markets with a focus on value adding and on selling back into the relevant investment markets.

Antony also has close associations with leading fund managers, banking, legal and financial institutions and publicly listed companies where he is called upon to offer strategic commercial property advice for asset acquisition, disposal and management.

Daniel Telfer

Daniel Telfer

Daniel is formally qualified in electrical and electronics engineering and worked for over 10 years in the industry, including international projects in North and South America, Europe and Asia, and has experience in the heavy industry division of a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm working on major mining, energy and industrial projects.

Daniel graduated from Monash University with degrees in Law and Arts before joining his business partners to develop and implement strategies designed to increase the value of the properties at 365 Little Collins Street on behalf of investors. Daniel has the role of Facilities Manager of the building with responsibility for the day to day operations of its activities including oversight of many building infrastructure upgrade works.

Daniel is an owner and officeholder of Melbourne CBD Real Estate and is a licensed Real Estate Agent's Representative. He supports Antony in tenant and landlord activities but is mainly involved in the administrative functions of the agency. He has developed systems and methodologies that assist the agency effectively manage tenancies and increase the gross rents of the office suites in the building.

Daniel is the Secretary of the building's Owners Corporation and is active on its Committee executing the strategies that have successfully reduced owners' fees, which in combination with the increased rents achieved by the agency have contributed to a significant improvement in property values. He is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance.

Emily has been with us for over 3 years and thoroughly proficient in all aspects of the business.

Emily is a licensed Real Estate Agent’s Representative and currently pursuing her Masters in Finance. She loves travelling and exploring various different cultures, experiencing new things and meeting new people.

As Business Manager, Cindy’s role is to ensure smooth and efficient running of the office, administration and accounts of the business. Cindy holds a degree and master in business and have previously worked in numerous management roles and industries. Her wealth and depth of experience enhances our focus on delivering the highest standards of client and customer service.

In addition to English, Cindy speaks Bahasa, Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside of her work, she enjoys life with her family and friends, staying active, healthy and engaged in community activities. Cindy is a founding member of the Rotary Club of Albert Park.

Loren is a valuable member of the MCBDRE Team. She loves working with people and provides exemplary customer service, a vital asset, as she is the frontline of the business. She has been with our team for over 4 years.

Her focus is always on ensuring a professional and warm reception of clients, visitors and anyone who may have occasion to visit as well as the smooth running of the reception, meeting rooms and business.

Always willing to go the extra mile, no matter what the task is, Loren’s can do and willing attitude creates an efficient flow and happy clients.

Loren’s interests include travelling, sports, arts and simply spending time with family and friends.


Tracy Liang

Tracy Liang

Tracy is responsible for ensuring accurate company-wide financial records are kept and maintained to provide management with accurate and timely financial reports. She is integral in ensuring payroll and compliance obligations are met. Tracy is a qualified CPA and she studied Finance and Accounting at Monash University. She has more than 7 years’ professional accounting experience. She joined MCBDRE in 2013 and is a valued member of the team.

Tracy speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She currently lives in Melbourne and loves swimming and bike riding with her 2 boys.


John Collings

Trust Accountant
John Collings

John is Melbourne CBD Real Estate's (MCBDRE) Specialist Trust Account and an RPO Expert of over 20 years. He has been with MCBDRE since its inception.

Revered in the Real Estate industry, John has over 30 years' experience specializing in Trust Accounting and was featured in the REIV EA magazine recently in an article titled "Knowledge you can trust".

He has worked with agents from both the residential and commercial sectors. Having also worked as an Agent Representative, John is thoroughly familiar with all perspectives of the industry.

John is also an avid sportsman. He is a Sailing Master and has won 3 international sailing regattas. He is very active in his community and is a certified Sailing Judge and Basketball referee and coach. He currently holds the position of President of Nunawading Vikings Basketball Club which has over 100 teams playing.
